Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We currently offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping
- 3–7 business days
- Tracking included
Priority Shipping
- 1–3 business days
- Tracking included
Delivery time begins once your order has shipped.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $35 (before tax and after discounts). Priority shipping is available for an additional fee.
Tracking
Once your package ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. If you have any issues with tracking, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Shipping Delays
Occasional shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or weather. We'll assist you in any way we can, but delays outside our control are not grounds for a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Items marked "Final Sale"
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@quirkywishes.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- Your reason for return
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
- We cover return shipping if the item is damaged or incorrect
- All other returns are at the customer's expense
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos and your order number—we'll fix it right away.
