Eligibility for Returns

  • Request within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, in original condition
    • Packaged with all tags/inserts
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom items
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Returns after 14 days of delivery

How to Return

Email us at contact@quirkywishes.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. Item(s) to return
  3. Reason for return
  4. Photos (if item arrived damaged or incorrect)

We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please wait for our approval before sending your item back.

Return Shipping

  • Our mistake? We'll email you a prepaid return label
  • Other returns? Customer pays return shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can't be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made a mistake)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We'll send a replacement or refund immediately.
